Terms and Conditions of GameKeyShop 

These terms govern the purchase and use of services on GameKeyZone.com. Please read these terms carefully before using the website. The legal framework for consumer purchases over the internet is established by relevant Norwegian laws, including the Contract Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Act, and the Right of Withdrawal Act. These laws grant you as a consumer certain inalienable rights. Our terms are intended as a supplementary agreement and should not be interpreted as a limitation of your statutory rights, but as a clarification of important rights and obligations for both parties.

  1. The Agreement

Your agreement with GameKeyZone.com includes these terms, the information provided in the ordering process, and any special agreements between you and us. If there is a conflict between the information, special agreements between us will prevail, as long as they do not contradict applicable legislation. Your use of our services is also subject to relevant laws and regulations that regulate purchases between businesses and consumers.

Buyer: The buyer is the consumer who places the order.

  1. Price

The price stated for the product includes all costs and fees. We reserve the right not to impose additional costs not stated before the purchase. All customers outside of Norway are charged with 0% VAT due to export of services. The saleprices seen in the webshop is included this VAT rate of 0%. Customers with address in Norway will be charged additional 25% of the sale price seen in the webshop.

  1. Formation of Contract

The agreement becomes binding for both parties when you send your order to us. However, we reserve the right to correct any typographical or keystroke errors in our offers before they are confirmed as part of the agreement.

  1. Payment

Payment for the product may be required when the product is sent from us to you. If you use a credit or debit card, we may reserve the purchase amount on the card at the time of ordering, with charging the same day the product is sent. For invoice payments, the invoice is issued upon shipment of the product, with a payment deadline of at least 14 days from receipt.

  1. Delivery

Delivery is considered to have occurred when you, or your representative, have received the digital product, for example, a product key for a game or software. Our products are delivered digitally, and most product keys are available few minutes after after purchase. Instructions for accessing the product code can be found on your account.   1. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered without a physical medium, if the delivery has started with your explicit consent and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. However, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused product keys. Please read our full Return Policy.

  1. Delay and Non-Delivery

If we do not deliver the product as agreed, and this is not due to circumstances on your side, you may demand fulfillment, cancellation of the agreement, or compensation in accordance with applicable laws. We encourage you to contact us to resolve any issues.

  1. Defects in the Product

If the product has a defect, you can report this to us within a reasonable time after discovery. You have the right to demand correction, replacement, a discount, or cancellation, depending on the circumstances and in accordance with the law.

  1. The Seller's Rights in the Event of the Buyer's Default

If you do not fulfill your obligations under the agreement or the law, we may withhold the product, demand fulfillment, cancel the agreement, or claim compensation in accordance with applicable laws and the agreement between us.

  1. Warranty

Any warranties from us or the manufacturer give you rights in addition to your statutory rights.

  1. Personal Data

We are responsible for the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with applicable laws. We will only collect and store personal data necessary to fulfill our obligations under the agreement. 12.1 Storage of Personal Data

We store transaction data in accordance with the Accounting Act for 5 years and purchase history for 10 years to safeguard your rights under relevant laws and our sales conditions.

13. Payments

  1. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises between us, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will try to resolve disputes amicably. If an agreement is not reached, you can contact the Consumer Council for mediation.
