1 - Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it without any fees. To cancel an unshipped order, please email us at return@gamekeyzone.com with your order number and a cancellation request. We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund within 5 business days.

2 - Returns for Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective, you are entitled to a return.

  • Return Label: We will provide you with a downloadable return label for defective products at no cost if a return label is needed. Return label are not needed for digital products.
  • Who Covers Return Shipping: We cover all shipping costs for defective product returns.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received the product to return it.
  • Used Products: We accept returns of defective products even if they have been used.
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fee will be applied for defective product returns.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned product. The original shipping costs will also be refunded.
  • Refund Method: We will refund the amount back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3 - Returns for Customer Remorse

If you ordered the wrong product, it doesn't fit your needs, or you simply no longer want it, we also accept returns under specific conditions.
